Talking to George Noory about his prediction of heavy flooding in February and November of 2012, Joseph Jacobs said, "Uh, we're going to see heavy flooding. Uh, and, in fact, that could influence the election, to some extent, uh, make it difficult for people to go to the polls."

George Noory: "Interesting."

Joseph Jacobs: "And I see a delayed, uh, uh, a delayed result in the election, no matter who's running. Uh, it may go to the courts again."

George Noory: "So you don't see this one as a quick one."

Joseph Jacobs: "No."

George Noory: "At all."

Joseph Jacobs: "No. It's gonna be-- it's similar to the Gore, Gore, uh, Bush, uh thing."
