Talking to George Noory about predictions for 2012, Joseph Jacobs said, "Well, I'll get to, I'll get to Iran in a minute. I have some different opinions of Iran. But I see February and November as heavy flooding times, uh heavy weather times, all around the world. Now, when I say that, I may not be talking about Indiana or, or Colorado. I'm talking world wide. Uh, we're going to see heavy flooding. Uh, and, in fact, that could influence the election, to some extent, uh, make it difficult for people to go to the polls."
